Automatic 2-pc DRD Can Production Line
The 2-piece can production line is applicable for production of various sizes of round/oval/irregular DRD cans. It can be installed with up to 3 sets of toolings, and the maximum production capacity can be up to 300CPM.
The line mainly includes:
Full-auto mechanical arm no-idle-punch sheet feeding system
High precision gantry press for 1st drawing operation
Can body servo feeding system
High precision gantry press for 2nd drawing operation, flanging and trimming
